Depending on your employment contract you may be entitled to a higher redundancy payment. But by using the calculator below you will know the leagal minimum of redundancy pay you are entitled to.

1You are entitled to a half a week's pay for each full year of service while under the age of 22, a full week's pay for each full year of service from the age of 22 to 40 and a week and a half's pay for each year of service when your age is 41 or more.
